87350 DC/DC位移传感器
可通过这些DC/DC位移传感器测量线性位移和可转换为位移的机械值(例如,压缩力和拉力、应变、扭矩和振动)。这些传感器的探针尖端由弹簧推到测量对象上。如果不允许或难以对测量对象(安装孔)进行机械修改,则可以使用这些传感器。集成的免维护电子和高电平DC输出信号提供了无任何问题的轻松处理。
输出电压作为位移的函数,阻抗作为参数。
87350系列传感器通常由振荡器、解调器和带有可移动芯的变压器组成。它们由直流电压供电。振荡器使用该DC电压产生传感器操作所需的载波频率。取决于铁芯的位置,铁芯由铁磁材料制成,电压由变压器的两个次级线圈感应。这些电压将被解调、滤波并相互切换。结果是,如果核心位于其中心位置,则输出0 V。磁芯的每个其他位置都会在传感器的输出端子上产生直流电压。该输出电压与磁芯的线性偏转成比例。
这些传感器的输入和输出端子彼此电隔离,不存在与传感器外壳的连接。
