N5831系列为NGI公司针对超级电容研发和生产而自主设计开发的超级电容模组/PACK容量内阻测试仪。N5831系列可对超级电容充电容量、放电容量、充电等效串联内阻(DCIR)、放电等效串联内阻(DCIR)、能量转换效率、循环寿命等电气参数进行高精度测试测量。N5831系列可提供多种测试方法,用户可根据需要灵活选择。N5831系列上位机软件支持平台化测试应用,用户可根据测试工艺和测试流程自行定制测试文件,测试结果可方便存储和导出。导出格式可支持数据库、EXCEL、JPG文件。
