Mikron M315X-HT 两件式高温黑体校准源
Mikron® M315X-HT 黑体校准源满足红外焦平面阵列探测器、红外热像仪和其他需要更高温度的成像系统的严格校准要求。M315X-HT 黑体源通过精密加热元件进行电阻加热,以提供均匀的温度分布。两件式系统由控制器模块和用于发射极源的独立外壳组成。发射极源温度控制由精密数字 PID 控制器执行,该控制器安装在 7 英寸(180 毫米)高的 19 英寸机架安装外壳中。
