63700系列能源回收式直流电子负载,适用于电动车电池放电、燃料电池放电、大功率电源老化、直流充电桩、单向车载充电器可靠性、燃料电池发动机系统、储能系统、AC /DC与DC/DC电源供应器、功率电子元件及电力电子元件等产品信赖性测试使用。
能源回收式直流电子负载能模拟多种负载特性,亦能将电能回馈至电网。可大幅降低室内测试环境温度,减少空调为降低环境温度的大量用电,也为用户节省了功率转换的用电成本,同时又符合节能环保的需求。
63700系列采高功率密度设计,3U高的体积,功率便可高达18kW,单机最大电流540A,透过并联10台*,最大功率更高达180kW,最大电流达1,200A。电压则有100V、600V、1,200V、1,800V三种范围。
全系列的型号,皆具备外部电压讯号控制负载电流功能*,可模拟真实的电流波形;主/从控制能让相同型号的63700系列进行并联使用,并且可达到同步动态拉载。再者,亦提供共256组的储存功能*,并可随时呼叫用户所储存的设定值。在自动化的测试上,此储存、呼叫的功能缩短测试时间。
在量测方面,63700系列可即时且精准的进行电压、电流量测。透过前面板的TFT触控显示器及旋钮,即可在63700系列做简易的操作与设定,亦可透过LAN、USB、GPIB和CAN等接口进行远端控制。
63700系列具有过电流、过功率、过温度的保护功能及过电压告警机制,可大幅提高产品可靠性,是工程测试及自动测试系统整合得以信赖的产品。

能源回收式电子负载、线性电子负载与电阻
能源回收式电子负载、线性电子负载和电阻的主要差异有消耗能量的方式、电流涟波大小、电流斜率、功率密度等。能源回收式电子负载最主要的优点就是能将消耗的能量回收至电网,降低能源的浪费和有助于减少碳排放量;线性电子负载的优点就是电流涟波小、电流斜率快;电阻的优点则是反应速度最快,但却体积大、耗能、功率密度最低。使用者可根据需求,选择适用的负载来进行测试。总体来说,能源回收式电子负载适合应用于电源的耐久性测试、可靠度测试、烧机测试及电池放电测试等,既可有效降低环境温度,亦可减少大量的电费支出。
能源回收
63700系列能源回收式直流电子负载,将拉载电能做电压转换后,以交流电流方式回馈到电网,回送至厂内电网的效率最高达93%。回送的电能可以被厂内其他设备再利用,节省整体电能消耗与碳排放并降低对环境的影响,并有效降低电子负载因拉载所产生的热,同时又减少空调的能耗,减少电费的成本支出。

高功率密度设计,相同18kW的电子负载,可减少70%的体积,改善高功率电子负载体积大、移动不便的情况,能为实验室节省不少空间。
高量测精度与主从控制
Chroma 63700系列高功率可编程能源回收式电子负载搭载数位信号微处理器,有优良的速度与控制性能。电压 (0.05%+0.05%F.S.) 与电流(0.1%+0.1%F.S.) 量测的精度高可确保量测准确性、全系列主机型号皆可手动操作与远端控制。当使用者有更高功率的测试需求时,可设定主从控制达到多台并联操作,并具备同步拉载能力,以模拟实际拉载状况。
基本负载模式
63700系列有定电压、定电流、定电阻与定功率模式,藉由这些操作模式可以来满足广泛的测试需求。举例来说,定电流与定电阻模式对于电压源的待测物测试,可确认待测物在不同的负载情况下,输出电压是否仍维持稳定输出。对于车载充电器(OBC)、电池充电器或充电桩测试,当充电器运行于定电流时,63700可使用定电压模式模拟被充电电池的电压变动,以确保充电器在所设定的输出电压时的充电电流正确性。当待测物为电池时,电子负载则可设定定电流或定功率模式对电池进行放电,许多电池的放电应用、功率消耗等情况都可藉由电子负载的这两个模式来进行电池测试。
动态负载模式
63700系列提供可编程动态负载(动态电流负载CCD)模式,右图所示为可编程的参数:设定电流高/低准位、T1/T2、爬升率/下降率与执行次数。除上述基本参数可设定外,还可让使用者设定一段时间的重覆次数,范围为1 ~ 65535。
可编程负载时序功能*
63700系列内建256组可编程负载时序,可供使用者模拟各种不同的拉载状况。
以下举例说明一般常见的编程时序应用。
电池放电及其他应用 (电动汽车和电动机车):
模拟各种不同的动态拉载电流波形,亦即提供二个电流准位以上的动态电流模拟或one shot拉载模拟。
电池放电测试*
针对电池放电测试,通常电池在出厂前会让容量维持在约30%~50%间,当电池容量高于使用者定义的百分比时,则需进行放电后再出货。
63700提供使用者三种放电模式:定电流、定电阻与定功率模式,并透过设定截止电压与停止时间(1秒~100,000秒),让电子负载能正确的停止拉载,确保电池不会因过度放电而损坏。
在量测方面,能测量电池的放电电量 (WH、AH) 与总放电时间。举例说明: 当按下Load ON开始拉载,63700系列的内部计时器会开始进行计数,直到电池电压降至所设定的截止电压或按下Load OFF停止拉载,计时器才会停止计数。电池放电测试功能亦可应用在超电容的放电时间测试和其他相同应用等。
休眠模式
63700能源回收式电子负载提供休眠模式,用户可自行设定静置时间。当电子负载无任何操作处于待机状态且时间达到所设定的静置时间后,63700将关闭主电源 (如:模组电源),保留系统电源,进入休眠模式。当电子负载进入休眠模式时,可省下达75%的电能。

安全保护机制
63700具备能源回收功能,在外部的保护机制上,当63700侦测到输入交流电压过电压(OV) 或欠电压(UV)、频率异常(Freq . Error)、三相不平衡(Unbalance)、过电流(OC) 时会关闭模组电源,以确保并网安全使用。另外,63700的内部保护机制有过电压告警(OVA)、过电流保护(OCP)、过功率保护(OPP)、过温度保护(OTP)、低电压保护(UVP) 等,一旦内部保护机制被触发,63700则会停止拉载。
宽范围通用交流200VAC~480VAC
63700能源回收式电子负载的设计为全球交流入电的输入范围,入电范围为三相200~220Vac与380~480Vac输入,用户购置单机不用再考量是否可以转移至其他地区电源配置使用的问题。
通讯接口
63700能源回收式电子负载支持多种通讯接口,用户可透过标配的USB、LAN及选配GPIB接口进行PC连结控制,另外具有汽车产业常使用的CAN接口,符合CAN2.0 A&B规范11-bit/29-bit,可高速10ms读取V/I/P参数。
