PPX
系列可编程高精度直流电源供应器,共包含六款机种;分别是PPX-1005(10V/5A/50W), PPX-2002(20V/2A/40W),
PPX-2005(20V/5A/100W), PPX-3601(36V/1A/36W), PPX-3603(36V/3A/108W),
PPX-10H01(100V/1A/100W)。此系列具有传统线性电源供应器之输出低噪声(0.35mVrms)、快速瞬时响应特性(<50µs),同时提供定电压和定电流优先输出模式,也可以分别设定电压和电流的上升/下降斜率,以及输出开启和关闭的延迟时间。PPX系列不仅有四档电流档位及二档电压档提供使用者高精度的量测,也可以透过Data
Logger 功能,将量测纪录储存在USB上,长时间的量测及记录IoT装置, 便携设备、穿戴式装置、传感器组件。
为了延长便携设备及穿载式装置的使用时间,制造商不仅致力在提升电路的运行效率,也尽可能地减少待机时的功率消耗。固纬电子为了满足用户在低功率量测上的应用,推出了电流量测分辨率(
0.1µA, 1µA, 10µA, 0.1mA)以及电压量测分辨率(0.1mV,
1mV)的PPX系列,提供电源给便携设备及穿载式装置使用,而且当装置进入sleep mode 或standby
mode时,PPX系列仍然可以量测待测物细微的电流变化。
PPX系列提供Test
Sequence功能,此功能可由用户自行定义输出波形,由使用者任意编辑,并设定各步骤之电压爬升或下降时间及电压维持的时间;在操作上用户可直接在PPX系列前面板编辑,或经由计算机编辑CSV档案并汇入PPX系列,甚至可以远程编辑PPX系列。另外PPX系列的OCP
Delay 功能可以让用户依据待测物特性,弹性地调整触发过电流保护的时间,在保护待测物同时也能测试特定时间内待测物的电流变化。除了电压、电流、功率量测外,PPX系列也支持温度量测,搭配K Type Thermocouple, 可以量测温度范围从-200到+1372℃。支持的标准通讯界面包括USB, LAN, RS-232, RS-485以及选配界面GPIB.
